The Store ships anywhere in the U.S, Puerto Rico and most international destinations. Unfortunately, shipment could not be made to APO/FPO addresses. Orders are shipped usually within 1-3 working days. International orders may take up to 4-6 weeks before arrival. Tracking numbers are only available for U.S. deliveries.

Any and all information relayed to The Store is private and confidential. Information would not be use for any other purpose but to this specific transaction only between the customer and The Store.

Special orders and personalized items could not be replaced or refunded. After completion, changes could no longer be made on personalized items. In case of cancellation, order must be cancelled within 24 hours.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested in case of returns, exchanges or refunds by contacting [email protected]

A product’s damaged or defective condition must be reported within 72 hours from time of arrival for replacement at no extra charge. A 10% restocking fee on non-engraved items would be charged.

Items may be refunded or replaced within 14 days from date of purchase. However, amount refunded would only be for the subtotal amount, S&H not included. Moreover, S&H charges to return the merchandise should be paid by customer.

The Store advises its customers to insure their package against damage and lost. The Store would not be liable for any lost or damaged packages returned by the customer. Upon receipt of the returned package, processing should take place 3-5 business days.

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®. A Sales and Discount promotional code may apply to your purchase.

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Fax, email or call The Store should there be changes in your address, phone number or credit card information or any information that may or in any way affect the payment, delivery or receipt of the merchandise ordered.

If certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account (including setting up an The Store ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify The Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by The Store or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your The Store ID, password or account.

You may not use anyone else's The Store ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that The Store ID, password or account. The Store cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
